I don't focus on removing food from your diet; instead, I guide you to add new, quick, and easy plant based meals into your daily life.

MINDFUL & INTUITIVE APPROACH

I believe that exercise is entwined with mental health, and therefore a healthy approach to movement can help creating a healthy mind.

I grew up surrounded by diet culture, and after many years of building an unhealthy relationship with my body, I realized that my body was never the problem. I rejected the idea that health is found in a "perfect body", and I discovered that I can run, squat, climb, jump and enjoy moving whether I have an instagram booty or not.
